Action: This type of blockage will require the use of a drain cleaning machine.
Problem: Water not getting away when bath is emptied or when the shower/basin is in use
Cause: local blockage in the immediate waste pipe
Action: If the good ol' fashioned plunger doesn't fix it we can use a specialized cleaning fluid can be used to clear the drainplease

***if you have water overflowing from a grate not directly connected to house drainage, this can be a result of a blockage in the sewerage mains and can be a council problem***
